Media or channel is the methods or methods of communicating the messages from sender to the recipient. The media of oral correspondence are eye to eye discussion, phone or portable, gathering, gatherings and so forth The media of composed correspondence are paper, letter, report, update, mail and so on. 1.Verbal Communication: Verbal correspondence is the articulation or trade of data or messages through composed or oral words. Types of verbal correspondence are as per the following

1.Oral correspondence: Oral correspondence is the interaction of correspondence wherein messages or data is traded or imparted inside sender and collector through the verbal.

2.Composed correspondence: Written correspondence is the interaction of correspondence wherein messages or data is traded or conveyed inside sender and recipient through composed structure. It very well may be partitioned into two different ways: a. Composing b. Perusing
